This client came to us in February 2023 in order to grow their online revenue and maintain a consistent profitability per month. By using strategic omnichannel marketing, we grew this client to $20k in revenue per month.

Challenges

There were several challenges we had to overcome in order to introduce a new swimwear brand in an already saturated market.

These involved developing a coherent marketing strategy, efficient budget allocation, targeting the right audience, creating engaging content and finally successfully penetrating this competitive space.

Key metrics

Our goal in the first year was to hit $10,000 in sales consistently on a $4,000 ad spend. However, the results we generated surpassed this goal significantly.

Solutions

We first started with creating a 3 month marketing plan which both parties signed off on. Then we did comprehensive competitor analysis to build engaging content which we tested for 3–4 weeks on ads.
We used an omnichannel approach to test a variety of platforms in order to find a hero platform and placement which delivered 70–90% of our revenue.
We also made sure every part of the consumer funnel was covered, from a customer first becoming engaged with our ads to creating specialised unboxing ads for our retargeting audience.
